Food for personal use only may be brought into the arena and onto the campsite, however please bear in mind there are plenty of outlets on site selling food and drink. Please note that no glass is permitted anywhere in the campsite or arena. Sealed (unbroken seal) water bottles and nonalcoholic drinks 1 Litre and under and food for personal consumption may be brought in to the arena. No alcohol / drinks bottles / glass bottles / cans / illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the Arena under any circumstances. Please see our food and drink page for more information (there will be a random search policy).
Children will need to be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21. No more than two under 16's will be permitted to enter with any one adult. Don't take any chances -bring proof of age as you will be asked for this on entry to the site. All children must be registered when they arrive at site before they proceed to campsite/arena etc. Registration will be located close to wristband exchange. All childrens concessions can be found on the ticket info page.
BBQ's are only permittd in the campsite at designated BBQ areas. No BBQ'S are permitted in the campsite at your tents or anywhere in the arena.
The Hop Farm welcomes wheelchair users and most of the site is relatively level with easy access. We offer disabled parking for blue badge holders with easy access to the camping areas for those camping as well as for day pass holders. If you require assistance on arrival please inform the event stewards. Please visit our disabled info page for more details. Please be advised to bring official documentation stating your disabled status on the day of the festival.
You may enter the venue with a camera as long as it is not a professional camera (a camera with a reflex lens, adjustable or digital). Video cams, however, are not allowed in the concert venue.
Yes there will be a number of cash points throughout the site. There will be a surcharge for each transaction.
YES. The first thing you should do upon arrival is to trade your ticket for your wristband (they won't let you back in without it) at the wristband exchange point, which will be clearly sign posted. Please look at our tickets page.
You may be required to present the card used to purchase your tickets if cardholder cannot be present to collect the tickets then office staff will accept a letter of authorisation confirming the booking reference and the last 4 digits of the card number.
You can get purchase your campervan permit via our ticket page when you purchase your festival tickets. Your receipt will show full details of your purchase. Please print out and bring along to wristband exchange, where all your permits and wristbands will be issued.
Please note there are a limited number of spaces and will be sold on first come first serve basis. Campervan permits are sold per plot which are 6m x 6m in size. You must fit within these perimeters.
